Crazy footage shows the moment a golden eagle tried to snatch an 8-year-old girl in Kyrgyzstan.

The bird mistook her for its prey during a display. The handlers had been demonstrating traditional eagle hunting skills at a festival in 2018.

She was later taken to hospital with a badly scratched back but thankfully survived.
