The system in most of these hospitals are too toxic , medical officers do not want to go back , even if it is with pay as a good number of them are still being owed by MDCN

Some centers like UCH are busy looking for ways to make medical officers come back and repeat posting

The reason is because Nigeria is a crime scene.
I've been told many centers pad the number of their house officers, meaning they have more workers on the payroll than actual workers.
They use this as opportunity to siphon money.
So this is probably why some centers don't hire enough house officers.
But what do I know?
Another reason is that MDCN has reduced quota nationwide because of accommodation issues.
Some centers also have CMDs and CMACs that prefer local candidates and indigenes.
Either way, keep hustling until you find a spot.

I went to my usual suya spot to get suya.

Met a chic there trying to make her order but she looked pissed.
