Hannah was last seen yesterday evening (23 August) at around 9.30pm at her home in Caterham.
She is white, around 5ft tall, slim build, with long blonde hair and blue eyes.
She has links to Warlingham and South Croydon. Officers believe she may also have travelled to North London.
Anyone who sees her or has any information should contact Surrey Police on 101 immediately (quote CAD 0381 of 24/08).

TRAGIC: A Wisconsin high school football player has died at 17.
Adam Massman, a rising senior at Alma Center Lincoln High School, suffered injuries during last Thursday night’s game and later passed away.
He played quarterback and defensive back, and also competed in baseball and basketball.
The school district confirmed he received on-site medical attention before being taken to the hospital.
Heartbreaking news for his family, teammates, and community. Prayers for the family and his loved ones.
