There should have been a wee initiative lile "get a ticket half price if you were there last night" as an appology and to try encourage people back. Many non-regulars will be unlikely to return next week!

@JustEatUK I can do that however the fact you can't speak to someone at the time is really not good. My daughter was left with no food, you responding 27 hours later doesn't help that. I have been through your chat but you need to find a way of rectifying issues quicker
