@ShadowXLaw1@RyanJosephHart If they hang themselves then they were not doing their best option. What daigo meant is that when the best thing to do for both sides is to wait (because offense as a whole is weaker than defense as a whole), then there is no game happening. This tweet is out of context bait
@FreegeFGC@Play2XKO@Unconkable@JulezJP I played against someone who was using pushblock all the time and at first I thought it should be good for me since they're wasting meter but after playing more sets I changed my mind, it was very annoying to do pressure on them and they still had meter to kill with supers
@ekkonus @Cyanide827 @WiseWolfKraft@nachodimension In the past they used to not include the first active frame as part of the start up. So this move will be active on frame 3.
@MrDanLarkin@Lifelessgaming@UmbralCore The point is that you can't guarantee that moves will resolve in the same frame. If there's a 50ms move vs 55ms of hitstun, the move and the hitstun recovery could happen in the same frame and they recover in time, or they could be calculated in different frames and it's a combo
@MrDanLarkin@Lifelessgaming@UmbralCore But it will never actually be a 50ms jab, the game still does calculations on a frame by frame basis. So at 30 fps it will be calculated in the second frame at 66.6ms. When things start getting rounded to one frame earlier/later there will be inconsistencies everywhere.
@reduzio This has never been quite clear to me, does it have to be in-game, or can it be in the game files? I would like to see some examples of this being done properly, to know how it's expected to look like.
@Lifelessgaming@AFGCNews When the person who created the lobby leaves the lobby will just die, is that what you mean? Yeah it's dumb but outside of that I think the DBFZ lobbies are pretty ok.
@radi_esta @AFGCNews@hahafunicarlos Very OK I would say, for people looking to dig in. On a surface level it will not be very interesting but properly learning 10 different matchups will keep you busy for a while already.
@kegluneq08@TylerGlaiel In my experience, when I don't work on a project for a while, I either don't want to go back to it anymore or I want to restart from scratch(am in the middle of that rn). Reasons are many, like new ideas or realizing all the flaws in the old one. It's very bad for motivation IMO.
