🚨🚨BREAKING: Former disgraced President Donald Trump just gave a judge reason to throw him behind bars with his latest social media outburst, legal experts agree. After being explicitly warned by Judge Tanya Chutkan, under the conditions of his release, that he may not intimidate witnesses, Trump lashed out today at former Georgia Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan, warning him that "he shouldn't" testify before the Fulton County Grand Jury. Ryan Goodman, a law professor at New York University, explains that Georgia law gives a judge the right to deny releasing people on bail ONLY if the defendant is not a risk of intimidating witnesses or obstructing justice. Goodman notes that Trump's Truth Social attempt to intimidate Duncan into not testifying could give a judge a "presumption against" releasing him. Trump has been thumbing his nose at the law with impunity, and shows no signs of ever complying. Do you believe Trump is intentionally trying to goad judges into jailing him, and as such should judges resist doing so?
