Anyone been to the Trio steak frites truck yet? Have seen it by the ferry and appears to be a staple at Edway Taphouse, but haven't given it a shot yet.

We LOVE the blackened salmon caesar from Scotty's truck at 5 Corners, but this was a sobering discovery:

2021 price: $13.75 😯
2024 price: $21.95

Not necessarily an unfair price based on inflation & competition, but no longer the automatic weekly family dinner it used to be.

If you haven't checked out Mama's Soul Food Truck at the 76 gas station in front of the 99 & 196th St Safeway in Lynnwood, I highly suggest you get over there The best fried catfish I've had in a long long time and killer mac & cheese. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.
