Don't think I'll manage to finish this, so here's the WIP.
The Basilisk's Legacy is not a romance but it does explore Elise experiencing her first crush. The object of her affection? Ivan, a lordling soldier

He has a pretty interesting fighting style. Unlike many others he was not brought up learning how to use a sword, so with the help of a friend he caught himself. With little swordsman knowledge he took from something he did know about: dance
