Govt. grdts enter into medical clg purely on Merit & after getting highest scores in Mtrc F,Sc and MDCAT. Govt also spends Money on them to complete their MBBS. Now Govt. Should give them edge by giving exp marks of HJ and Parent institute marks. #REVERT_INDUCTION_POLICY

Local graduates are the backbone of our healthcare system. Preferring foreign candidates over them is a direct attack on our medical workforce. Health Ministry, this policy needs urgent revision.

The new induction policy is totally rubbish as it benefits the FMGs to a huge extent and humiliates those on merit .

1️⃣ Removal of Parent Institute Marks (January 2026) — ❌ UNACCEPTABLE
These 5 marks must be restored, as they represent years of institutional training and performance.
