@LauraRBelin @LizMair He wasn’t heavily promoted. He has a ton of support in the state and absolutely crushed a sitting D governor to the point that she suspended her campaign. His support is organic which is why I don’t see this as a death knell. He may lose a little support, but he’s not Mills.

It’s a list of bands that weren’t mainstream, but made listenable music. And some pretty solid albums as opposed to singles.

@MarlonEttinger It details an uncorroborated claim that the claimant goes out of her way to distinguish it from a crime. Which matters wrt slander liability, which I’m sure the claimant understands, as does NYT.
