The Grinch strikes again! Our plastic monkey, Blossom, hanging at Exit 4 off Cross Valley was vandalized, for 3rd time. She was taken twice. This time, ripped from her post & tossed over the embankment. We know how much passersby enjoy seeing her so we will not stop sharing joy!
