So as we see the @KamalaHQ put out their economic plan to spend the country into the ground, go ahead and listen up to these simple facts. @realDonaldTrump@elonmusk
@SamanthaPfaff It's the simple truth. This doesn't end well for anyone.
Do you truly believe Russia will be defeated and not use its nuclear arsenal?
Take a second and just think about it.
Yes they're the aggressor, but did they have a legitimate concern? The answer is yes
@SamanthaPfaff You are based on the comment.
There is no scenario where Russia loses and the world doesn't end.
The fact is that Russia had legitimate reasons for invading Ukraine. The west was ignoring their calls to guarantee Ukraine wouldn't join NATO and it led to the invasion.
@MagaSlayer47@WIM_VDB@WSJ@vonderleyen SpaceX even blocked the US military from using starlink during the Iran conflict.
We had it on the LUCAS drones and SpaceX shut it down because it's against the terms of use.
Same is happening in Ukraine.
Why would Ukraine get preferential treatment over the US Military?
@lyndiewarren@hiamsoares@WSJ Starlink was shut down for US forces using it back in March of 2026 against Iran.
Why would Ukraine get special treatment?
SpaceX primarily receives competitive government contracts (NASA/DoD) for launches, crew/cargo transport, and satellites—over $20B total, delivering services often at lower cost than alternatives. Early development aid existed via milestones; pure subsidies are minor.
BYD receives substantial direct Chinese government subsidies: ~$1.5B in 2024 and $1.8B in 2025, plus earlier billions in grants and support.
@MacHugues@venx36 It is not a subsidized company. In fact, SpaceX provides the government with the cheapest yet better services compared to the competition.
You could say that SpaceX has subsidized the US government
@SkyPandaAki@AIStreetMagic@biased_human The country obviously controls the switch.
Said country is responsible for safeguarding and ensuring the wellbeing of it's citizens.
India does not gain anything by blocking Starlink or any other product.
India needs assistance, badly
@SkyPandaAki@AIStreetMagic@biased_human Does India consider the US as an adversary?
The US had little to no limits on Indian products.
The US sees India as a strategic partner, not a competitor or adversary.
India lives to limit market access, and I have no idea why a country with such a vast population would do this
Full fleet. Full speed. Full connection. ✈️
We're bringing Starlink to our entire mainline fleet, and will be one of the world's largest Starlink-connected airlines. With more than 1,000 aircraft planned for installation beginning in 2027, we're taking connectivity to new heights. 📶

@SkyPandaAki@AIStreetMagic@biased_human Because China is an adversary, the prime competitor to the US and they would and have used their tech to spy on the US.
Not to mention that Chinese devices and cars are subsidized by the CCP which gives them a huge market advantage over private companies who don't get subsidy
@CraftMillard@Buckeye__Mike@gagauz90 Trump would have certainly told Ukraine that they were not welcomed in NATO, and that's what the Russians wanted.
They invaded Ukraine simply to prevent having their primary adversaries on a direct, flat route to Moscow.
Anduril is building America's largest shipyard since WWII. This space needs bold investment and decisive action.
In the 1790s, Baltimoore clippers were the fastest and most advanced sailing ships of their time. King George III didn't stand a chance. Time to run the same play.
