@tombennett71 I never used rows and preferred a U-shape layout although I was lucky enough to teach in a relatively large classroom. I was more comfortable teaching 'in the round'. A personal preference, but it worked for me.

Temporary cover has been secured to allow EA to action contractual progression increments for staff on the Soulbury scale. This is separate to the ongoing negotiations over a cost-of-living increase for all staff on the Soulbury scale.
