I was contacted by a previous summer students where he asked me for advice on mentoring for the first time. Aside from making me feel old (he was in high school when I met him, now he has a Ph.D.!) I realized this was a topic I had over looked.

Is feeling proud of a client. Last week we prepared for a salary negotiation. Today they nailed it and received an improved offer. I see clients when the are nervous and worried so that they can appear polished and professional when it counts.
