@willrich45 Experience is needed when making suggestions about how to approach education, unfortunately, you are right there are a lot of good intentions, but no clear understanding of what we do.
@tinyhumansread@mrbgilson You're right! You all were sent on a mission to complete without training or proper resources. Training online is a different learning environment. Those teaching elementary and special ed were especially hit hard.

@edutopia When students have an opportunity to ask the questions, followed by their own exploration and discovery, when students have the opportunity to do, you find their retention increases a thousandfold. Teach students how to learn not how to memorize.
@WeAreTeachers I am a veteran educator who has witnessed the evolution of burdens put on teachers over the years. It started with teacher evaluations, which in turn were to justify monies given by government or business industries. In the end, the prime recipients, the students, suffer.
