@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp how come all it takes is for one neighbor to complain and your listing gets unlisted for two weeks? An investigation shouldn’t take that long. You speak to him, me, the guests then determine the truth. But it’s been 2 weeks+

I was also switched rooms. I booked a king sized bed and got two queen sized beds. When asked if I can be accommodated to my original booking or compensated the manager on staff “Jocelyn” said no. It’s unreal.
