@englishspecial @ShakinthatChalk I agree with this completely. To suggest that there is nothing schools can do is total BS. Schools can do loads. We too have looked at a lot of what you’ve mentioned and other initiatives that have both made us more focussed on learning and reduced workload.

For a variety of factors, but mostly just the cost of living crisis. Bit different to paying 13k for tickets though, which the majority are not doing. Just making stuff up.
