Lunging: Widens the side of the pelvis where the leg moves 👉🏼 . It’s particularly 👍🏾 for helping 👶🏼 🔄 and👇🏻 especially when 👶🏾 is engaged (at “0” station in the pelvis). This can be done kneeling or standing.

Sitting on the toilet: Provides some rest, uses gravity to help 👶🏽👇🏿 and also helps the perineum and pelvic muscles relax. 🍑🙃 Its known for helping labor 📈 with more intense, productive contractions.

Partners + Postpartum: Make a plan for healthy meals, help with chores, and lots of rest — 🔑 to a healthy postpartum! Give visiting family and friends tasks to do before they leave: fold 👕, wash 🍽️, bring 🥘, etc.
