What an amazing announcement re: the superceeding indictment!! The DOJ has now officially tied Ted Farnsworth to fraudulent activities involving Vinco Ventures and Zash.
This is a small task of vindication and I smell more accountability coming to other co-conspirators (as eluded).
More to come but due to this amazing filing I'm going to delay my prepared thoughts and pending announcement until further notice.
Hope you all enjoy the spirit of the season and this wonderful gift of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
This blessing from the DOJ couldn't have been timed any better. It gives me renewed hope for our efforts and the past activities that we've engaged in. It's truly an answer to prayers.
Grateful to all those still supporting our efforts. We have been working diligently and have not forgotten our fight. They ignore the skeptics and trust your heart. It will never lie
Until next time, from our family to yours, Merry Christmas!!!

@InvestorTurf Way too many people profit from something like this on all sides. So my take would be that, no it will not end. But there can be more control and penalties for sure and that will help and be a good step towards the right direction!

🚨 BREAKING: MEGA MILITARY CONTRACTOR CAUGHT FAKING SATELLITE DATA TO TAKE DOWN STARLINK
SpaceX just exposed a dirty ploy by Lockheed Martin and Omnispace to block Starlink’s direct-to-cell service.
Lockheed’s partner allegedly rigged their aging satellite to fake interference and filed bogus FCC complaints, trying to stop Starlink from dominating the 5G space.
In a bombshell FCC filing, SpaceX revealed how Omnispace manipulated its MEO satellite to “intentionally detect” Starlink signals—despite the satellite barely being operational.
SpaceX slammed the claims as “bizarre,” accusing Omnispace of creating “artificial conditions” to fake interference.
The plot thickens: Omnispace refused standard coordination talks and went as far as licensing through Papua New Guinea to dodge regulations.
It’s all part of an effort to sabotage Starlink’s $34.9 billion future in global communications.
Will the FCC see through this sham, or will Lockheed’s shady tactics derail Starlink’s revolution?

$bbig https://t.co/OL3FwseuBF - finally got to scan through the 9/24/2024 hearing transcript from Case: A-23-871337-B, MAMADOU COULIBALY, Plaintiff, vs. THEODORE FARNSWORTH, ET AL., Defendants.
Reader's digest version - defense tried to get case dismissed, saying it was too similar to the case Muntz, Darryl & I brought last year. Judge said no, case still alive, more evidence needed before making final decisions.
Coulibaly asked court to make defense hand over key documents. Judge agreed they need to share. They have to work out details to keep info confidential. If they can’t agree, the judge will step in.
For those who like the legalize (i.e. long version):
Court addressed 2 motions:
1. compel the defendants to produce documents
2. another for summary judgment.
Motion for Summary Judgment - Defendants, represented by Stein, wanted to have case dismissed, claiming plaintiff, Mamadou Coulibaly, did not have standing & case was essentially a repeat of a previous case (the "Vick matter").
Interesting choice of words by Stein: "Not to mention, Your Honor, Mr. Coulibaly was part of that exact case, the Vick matter. He actually gave, not as he testified to in his deposition, but he actually gave an actual identical Affidavit in that matter to the same causes of action. They are the same case."
As a side note I don't totally agree w/ Stein here - but that's for another time to discuss.
Defense argued Coulibaly had failed to meet legal requirements, like joining a nominal defendant (the company the plaintiff is suing on behalf of) [I thought he already did that...I'll have to look up past docs to verify if nominal was procedurally brought].
The court, however, was inclined to deny summary judgment motion, citing discovery still ongoing & plaintiff had provided affidavit requesting more time to gather evidence. The judge highlighted that the expert disclosure deadline had not yet passed.
Motion to Compel Document Production - Coulibaly wanted court to force defendants to produce certain documents, claiming they were withholding them. (seems likely)
Court partially granted motion, instructing defense to draft a protective order for confidential documents, which both parties would need to agree on. If cannot agree, they must submit their disagreements to the court for resolution.
Overall, court decided to revisit case in a few weeks to ensure production of documents was moving forward, but denied the defense's request for summary judgment, allowing the case to proceed.
That's a big deal for shareholders who care about this fight!!
