I personally would want to enhance Pt 1 to be clear about where employers requirement meets indiv choice. An indiv career pathway doesn’t mean everyone gets to do whatever they want but it also doesn’t mean they should be continually pushed one way

@UKACSC Putting a remote delivery week in a year long residential course makes a lot of sense when aligned with something like half-term, or when an essay is due. Allows ppl to be flexible and make choices about their time whilst minimising interactive sessions. I assume that is it?
