professional training and coaching to build adaptive leadership, emotional intelligence, and other 🗝 skills that drive equity, engagement, and belonging.
Such a fun morning in DC getting to be on site with @LEE_National for an IE training “Communicating With Presence: Managing Up & Across”.
Continually amazed by the incredible @EducatorInspire facilitation team, and inspired by the passionate leaders we serve. 👏🫶 Cup = full.
Educators and admin: Punctuation is important when you speak, too! Something to keep in mind as you're communicating with colleagues, families and students this year. ⬇️💛

Leaders: The best way to get better is to fumble the ball from time to time. Make mistakes, learn from them, grow in the process. Everyone will be better for it.
Shoutout to @FerraroRoberto for this visual ⬇️👏
@DrDonParker1 Amen to this 👏. Knowing your hot button issues (and how you respond) is so important to relationships with students (and colleagues) (and everyone for that matter)
Important reminder: Joy is powerful, productive, and absolutely essential in schools. Beautiful article by @mskimcawkwell via @ASCD. ⬇️

Any strategy to support educators must be designed WITH educators. They know what they need to be successful and when they ask for it, it is in everyone's (incl. STUDENTS') best interest to listen. A strike is what happens when we do not listen.
@NewtonTeachers we are with you.
On behalf of @EducatorInspire and as a resident of neighboring Boston, I am proud to be in solidarity with @NewtonTeachers who are fighting for a contract that values their labor and their humanity. Keep fighting. 👏💛
Raising $ for @EducatorInspire this #GivingTuesday because I genuinely believe the *most* important thing we can do right now for students is make sure educators have access to training that fosters their excellence AND wellbeing. 💛⬇️

Yesterday’s workshop with @EducatorInspire was more than just professional development. It was personal development.
Really enjoying the Rural School Leadership Academy so far in New Mexico.
