Look up tonight! The Strawberry Moon reaches peak fullness at 7:56pm ET (2356 UTC).
Despite its name, the Moon won't actually look pink or red! It's called the Strawberry Moon because many Native American tribes used this full moon to mark the strawberry harvest season.
Elon Musk: “When I started SpaceX, one of my closest friends got a compilation of rocket failures and made me watch the whole thing. Lots of people tried to talk me out of it. The joke was: how do you make a small fortune in the rocket business? You start with a large one.
I heard that joke so many times that I’d just say the punchline myself. People would ask, ‘Why did you start a rocket company?’ and I’d say I was trying to figure out the fastest way to turn a large fortune into a small one.
But I already thought the probability of failure was high and the likelihood of success was low. I thought SpaceX maybe had a 10–20% chance of success.”
