Can somebody ask the Governor of Cross State why he's refused to pay gratuities since his inception as Governor of Cross River State?

[Edward Eno @Edward83321810]

May the God who created Gov. Ayade and state pensioners ask him what we've done that he has refused to pay his pensioners for Nov. Dec. 2020.
Have we commited any crime to serve the state ?
