Nearly 1,200 instances of PAs requesting ionising radiation under their own accounts, because the system let them.

Are PAs so innocent and naive that despite knowing radiation isn’t something they can request, they think they can overrule this based on technical technicalities?

@DrPhilBanfield At Dudley Group a junior doctor alleged PA missed “obvious heart attack” on ECG, having “just signed it as if it was normal”. They also “furious” at PA using their GMC credentials to prescribe: “When I confronted him he said, ‘Well, you're going to sign it for me anyways’.” 🧵
