@PokeTeeJay I only managed to pull one Eeveelution SIR (Sylveon) from a Costco tin. I honestly believe that someone at the printing facility was stealing the top hits off the line. That's the only thing that can really explain the abysmal pull rates. You can blame God packs, but I don't.
