@jpt4469 @RedrowHomes They love 'acceptable tolerance' or due to 'settlement'. As soon as you show them the 'settlement' its not their problem. They love pushing problems around as they make it up as they go! Which development do you live on? The builders themselves bitch and moan about Redrow!

@RedrowHomes @RedrowCare I am very aware of settlement but the point here is the door has been an issue from the day we moved in but we go in circles because no one from Redrow has understood the problem hence the circles we go in.
