@British_Airways @HeathrowAirport Thanks for the response Chris. Honestly the service downgrade at T3 is super real. We landed at a remote stand by T5 and were bussed across the airfield to T3, then walked past several empty T3 gates 🤷🏻‍♂️ just to twist the knife 😔 Bring back T5 for LHR-GOT! 🇬🇧🇸🇪

Absolute shambles at @HeathrowAirport this evening waiting over an hour for bags from the @British_Airways 793, which was a replacement flight after the 791 was cancelled 😔😩😤😡 Two very frustrated neurodiverse kids and very tired parents.

So from today Gothenburg @British_Airways flights from Heathrow now depart from Terminal 3 😟 Talk about a travel experience downgrade ☹️ Fast track closed and long walks to gates plus before 5am no train from T5 where I stayed overnight. Hoping this isn’t permanent 😢
