Here's the link to check out my new #poetry collection from @salmonpoetry, #ExquisitePrisons.
There are three sample poems, too. https://t.co/jWBbWuQMgQ
@LimerickCLG None yet in Centras, Gleeson Sports or anywhere in the city. People will want to buy the official one but it shouldn't be this difficult. The only place that I can find supplying them is in Tipp Town. That's not good enough. Fair play to O'Rahelly's but...ffs!
@echolivecork I'd question the logic here. Winning a close game against 14 men hardly puts Cork at 1 over a team with a core of lads with 5 All Ireland medals. That's without even speaking of that implosion record. Cork are obviously excellent, but that argument is selective and simplistic.
@OfficialCorkGAA Dark days ahead for Kilkenny hurling. Munster had five good minor teams this year, Tipp clearly the best, and you'd be confident they'd all have made light enough work of these kittens.
My 6th book exists now, and I am so proud📚
If you send poems to poetry journals editors, maybe you've had rejections. This is the antidote💊
'Rejection Letters' reimagines the editor/poet relationship as fun and wacky😎

@susanrenee240@rejectionlit@LitRejections Thank you, Susan. It was a lot of fun to write. It came from a FB rant by a poet who was being "honest" about why sending poetry submissions just wasn't worth it anymore to him. Long waiting periods for copy/paste answers, if that.
@taylorhamannlos It's the blah blah responses that annoy me most, but I've gotten to a point now of knowing a few spots that tend to like (and publish) my poems, and I just go with them again.
@KatieLHWrites From a publishing point of view, it might be, but you have to write it in the way you think best. That's what you're doing, and good luck with it!
Just a quick note / reminder to invite you to the launch of my debut poetry collection: Sunday, February 9th at 3pm in the People's Museum of Limerick (Limerick). I would love to see you there if you can make it!
