@seamus_holden 0.8% PFA and 0.2% Glutaraldehyde is what I normally roll with.

@seamus_holden Is there plenty of sugars there? Could do a WGA or other lectin label, but if your fixation creates holes in the membrane then it will internalise.

Recommend low concentration of Glutaraldehyde to prevent membrane getting ruined.

@SubsetTopology @PoliticsPollss I guess schools would have more cash to play with which can only be a good thing - though there is no guarantee it will be used to improve education quality or teacher salaries as opposed to being paid out to shareholders or as ridiculous salaries to management

@SubsetTopology @PoliticsPollss I guess when asking the question 'Would privatising education in a way similar to the university system actually improve the standard of education and the ability to access good education?' I'd expect the case for privatised education (unis) to be more convincing.

@SubsetTopology @PoliticsPollss I think its probably quite difficult for someone with an a-level or equivalent to teach themselves degree level maths. History, sure you can read a book or find information online but there's skills that come out of a degree the internet isn't going to teach.
