@JohnBarnesUK@O2 They clearly have internal issues going on in their fraud department and all other departments have no ability to help or speak to us. Sounds like something we need Martin on as there’s easily hundreds if not thousands of us… @MartinSLewis@MoneySavingExp
@JohnBarnesUK@O2 I am on day 75 trying to speak to someone. To try help I requested all my phone recordings were sent to me via a SAR GDPR request and O2 have failed to provide this - Breaching UK law. I am taking it up with the ombudsman now. Sounds like there’s loads of us in the same position!
@anikaadaeze@O2 I am in the same and it seems that there’s hundreds of us with the same issue. I call every day and no one is able to help apart from ‘escalate’ which does nothing. I have contacted my bank to reverse all debits to O2 and am going through the ombudsman too!
@benrbill@O2 Hey mate have you had any luck yet? I’ve been waiting 70 days and escalated many many times. Just trying to see if anyone else is getting any luck before I take this to the financial ombudsman and seek legal advice.
@LewisThorpe9@O2 I am in the exact same position. I have called up over 10 times, spent hours on the phone and escalated many times. No manager can help and fraud never contact. Twitter team also useless. Absolute joke! 70 days so far!
@AmazonUK All other considerate drivers either reverse down the road or do a three-point turn... In this case he decided to destroy the local landscape which was just starting to grow. Driver and his friends who helped only found it amusing.
@AmazonUK Your delivery driver who supposedly 'skidded' off our small cul-de-sac road had destroyed the newly seeded landscape in front of our house. I have called customer services and you are unable to help as it is not my property which has been damaged...!
@TheOfficialJVS@BBC3CR They told him to use it!! Don’t tell someone to use an item and then complain when it has a tiny hair on it! Any half decent company would offer a refund with no questions asked!
