@WestJet Is anyone able to provide an update on missing baggage coming from a direct non stop flight? It’s been almost 72 hours and the World Tracer app is showing that it’s been found but from a completely wrong origin and destination. Confused and waiting on answers.

@TELUSsupport Why is it so difficult to get thru to an agent without getting disconnected? And why do they never call back despite asking if the could in the event a call gets disconnected? I’ve been trying for a week to get assistance and no one, not even the stores can assist.

@7ElevenCanada Bought @backwoods that had mold on them and the store wouldn’t refund or exchange. The store is filthy and the customer service is terrible. #terrible

@Uber_Canada I reserved a ride however the driver accepted another passenger and I was charged for that fare! This caused me to be late for my appt! Very disappointed!

@YourAlberta When people are looking for assistance in regards to services you offer, maybe employ people to answer the phones who conduct themselves professionally and speak to people with a courteous tone.

@calgarytransit What’s worse is the bus driver arguing with you and saying the app is fine. Tried a number of times all resulting in the same error message. Bank info or address has not changed. Is there an issue?

@calgarytransit I was trying to buy a fare yesterday using the app and it kept giving me an error message so I used coins instead. I seen on my bank statement today that I was actually charged 4 times. Who can I speak to in regards to this?
