But to my surprise the employee @UPS Ibadan branch went home with the company’s phone and refuses to respond even though the call was answered and I can hear the footsteps because he/she was just going to work at 9:34am. You can do better

Some employees in Nigeria can be so annoying imagine I sent a parcel through @UPS to be delivered at Ibadan which was not delivered on the scheduled date but said the next day. I called their office which showed on the website 8 - 17 hrs as their working hours
