Murree: Delivered a guest lecture on Allama Muhammad Iqbal as well as Chaired a Penal discussion on “Iqbal and Contemporary Sciences” in the ceremony of Allama Muhammad Iqbal Day at Kohsar University, Murree. In addition to arrange a special lecture and panel discussion, I appreciate the University to arrange various events such as art competitions, poetry recitals, and documentaries, all aimed at promoting Iqbal's ideas & teachings among students. My congratulations to Honourable Vice Chancellor and the university administration.

A memorandum of understanding has been signed between the MUSLIM Institute and Kohsar University, Murree, fostering educational and academic collaboration between the two institutions.

Special Lecture on Seerah of Exalted Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) at Pakistan Institute of Engineering & Applied Sciences (PIEAS), Islamabad. Discussion was structured on three major points:
1- Spiritual affiliation with the Exalted Prophet (ﷺ)
• There is need to strengthen our spiritual affiliation with the Exalted Prophet (ﷺ) as this is the basis of human purification and spiritual edification.
• This relation can be nourished through the excessive salutations (darood) upon the Exalted Prophet (ﷺ). Allama Iqbal narrates that he achieves spiritual awakens through salutations.
• Every Muslim desires to view the sanctified face of Exalted Prophet (ﷺ) as this status is among highest spiritual statuses. Some people are blessed with sanctified view in dream whereas some even awakening, as a Hadith is
من رآني في المن��م فَسَيَرَانِي في اليَقظة
“Whoever has seen me in dream he will see me in wakefulness.”
2- Internalization of the attributes of the Exalted Prophet (ﷺ) in our character
• Every Muslims needs to internalize the attributes of the Exalted Prophet (ﷺ) like respect, humbleness, generosity, love for humanity etc., and implement these in practical life. This is the best way to make human society a better place to live in.
3- Commitment with the mission of the Exalted Prophet (ﷺ)
• Exalted Prophet (ﷺ) always remained concerned about eternal success of his Ummah. Today we should attach ourselves with the glorious mission of Exalted Prophet (ﷺ) and play our role for betterment of Muslim ummah.
• Everyone among us should use his knowledge and ability for the spread of the mission of the Exalted Prophet (ﷺ).
• Allah Almighty commands (Qur’an, 94:4),
وَ رَفَعۡنَا لَکَ ذِکۡرَکَ
“And We exalted for you your remembrance”
Allah Almighty has exalted the remembrance of his beloved Exalted Prophet (ﷺ). We have to look at ourselves what role we are playing to raise and exalt the remembrance of the Exalted Prophet (ﷺ).

World has witnessed appalling trends of #Islamophobia across the western countries, particularly in form of desecration of the Holy Quran. It is a welcoming move that lawmakers of Denmark have initiated debate to ban desecration of Holy Quran & proposed in the bill to make it criminal offence. Such efforts are needed to curb Islamophobia & promote tolerance & pluralism in societies.
