@CebuPacificAir I would like you to book our flight at the original time that it was booked before you cancelled it twice WITHOUT EVEN ASKING US FIRST THEN YOU DID IT THE SECOND TIME AND FINALLY CANCELLING IT. This is far too much and we won’t accept any EXCUSES!!!!

@CebuPacificAir Yes please, we initially booked for 8:05pm then it was rescheduled to 8:30pm without even reaching to us, then now it has been cancelled. I have not been home for 4 years and my first time to bring my 1 year old daughter. We are coming from a dreading 16 hour flight with a baby.
