I spent another great day out in Glen Affric yesterday with staff & students from the University of Greenwich, visiting Athnamulloch, the first site where I planted trees with Trees for Life, in 1991. We saw trout leaping up a cascade, rainbows, buzzards, a heron & lots of trees!

I was out in Glen Affric today with staff & students from the University of Greenwich, visiting Coille Ruigh na Cuileige, a 50ha exclosure that was fenced in 1990 for natural regeneration. These photos show what has been achieved in an area with only some dead pines in 1989.
