@British_Airways & @HeathrowAirport - you can fix the system issues in parallel, don’t expect for it to get back then sort the backlogs. Humans hands and minds can do the backlog work no software can. Requesting quick resolution & praises for working hard in this difficult times.
@British_Airways - Here’s a solution -
Hire extra people and hand them a list of passengers per plane and date and the number of bags per passenger/ per booking and let them find the baggages and their location. Time consuming but deterministic task.
@British_Airways and @HeathrowAirport - no amount of complex software can help you get back to the normal condition unless the backlogs are sorted. Once again we prove there is no substitute for human efforts and humans for it is deterministic and dependable!
I know it must be a painful task for you guys at @British_Airways and @HeathrowAirport but please look into the baggage issue immediately. We have been waiting now for 42 hrs now! Flew for the first time with you guys and totally disappointed!

By doing this you are loosing the customers and reputation. Please look into the matter and sort the backlog first asap!
Disappointed @British_Airways ! It has been 19 hrs since we haven’t heard back on our luggage. We travelled from LHR to JFK and got to know that our luggage was never loaded on the flight! @HeathrowAirport totally unacceptable! My parents are waiting for their luggage!
