We were having a conversation during lunch at work, just us women, and somehow the topic of ovulation came up. 😭

One lady casually admitted that when she’s ovulating, her libido gets so crazy that she sometimes masturbates in the office bathroom. 😭😭

We laughed, asked questions, judged her a little and moved on.

The following week, HR called her in.

Turns out one of the ladies from that conversation reported her for “sexual misconduct on company premises.” 😭😭😭

She was fired.

I worked for a stinkingly rich boss during NYSC & learnt a few things 😂 Not crazy but helpful!

* Their work culture is CRAZY. There’s no difference between night & day. One time, he called me at 2am: “Dress up, my driver is coming to pick you. We’re going to Abuja.” 😭

* There’s no “impossible” in their dictionary. If it can work, MAKE IT WORK.

* They forget to eat, fast more than they eat, and genuinely enjoy basic food…like Agbado, banana, walnuts, crackers & co. 😂

*They are very people friendly!! They can promise you the earth 😂 But once you’re out of sight… oti lor. 😂

*And payment? 😭 If it’s coming from their personal pocket, they can genuinely forget to pay you 😒 unless they’ve put a structure in place for it.

Also, try to wear covered clothes whenever you plan to use public rides. Even if it's just to go out with a jacket to put on while inside the car.

Recruiters/HR stop writing on applicants' CVs during interviews. Just in case what you are offering is trashhhhhhh they can easily collect their CV’s and check elsewhere. They print those documents with money though ☹️
