The greatest skill I think is just the ability to recognize patterns. Gives you the ability to apply skills from one discipline to another without having to start at scratch. It real definitely in video games but I think it also applies to other real world things as well.

I work in construction and I’ve worked jobs where I was required to report how many feet of pipe or wire I used per day and also not told what is the expected numbers there looking for….. it’s gets kinda ridiculous because you can’t accurately measure employee performance.
