I purchased some stationery items from @inkarto_india_ and one of the ink bottles leaked in transport. I tried calling them emailing them messaged on instagram but no response. They are just a sales organisation with no customer service. Dont buy from them. Pics attached.

@kp_ramamurthy @bbmpcommr It is very importsnt to create a footpath. Also cars and vehicles are haphazardly parked in this stretch causing hardship. Kindly address this issue too.

In a discussion I was given a runaround. They ignored the behaviour of the staff.

Sobha is supposed to be one of the top builders in Bengaluru. I trusted them and put all my hard earned money into a retirement home. My experience has been the worst.

@SobhaLtd Come see the flat and the electrical connections. They are skewed towards the balcony in the dining room. Design is shoddy.

@SobhaLtd There are design flaws. Come to pebble court. At the entrance no one can know which way is wing 1 and which is wing 2. To reach the gym we have to go all the way to wing 2 as no pathway was provided from wing 1.

@SobhaLtd I asked for a draft copy of the sale deed in April 2023. I was sent a draft sale deed in September after the same was uploaded to kaveri portal. When I pointed out the descrepencies, I was told that what was uploaded is different from what has been sent to me.
