As humans, we are creatures of habit.

I just spent the past weekend in New York City visiting my co-founder, @EffyGittler, and a couple of old friends.

In the past, I would have given up on my fitness routine because I was on vacation and traveling.

But this time, I made sure that I:

1. Worked out daily while traveling away from home.
2. Went right back to the gym as soon as I came back to Austin.

When traveling, it’s very easy to gain weight and fall into a funk, so the small habits you maintain are important to feeling great before, during, and after your trips!
