A normal Eritrea would be welcoming 10,000s citizens back into safety from Sudan right now. A functioning one would be welcoming 100,000s of Sudanese. Reciprocating a miniscule of generosity they showed us for 6 decades. But alas, today's Eritrea is neither normal nor functional.
