I’m pushing 30. Was at the beach and some 18 year old lied and said he was 21.
I told him I’m his mother. He wouldn’t go away. I told him I’m basically 30. He said age didn’t matter. He came up to me 3-4 times. And as courageous as he was, to me he was a child.
A young boy just starting out. One that was offering himself up to be taken advantage of.
Makes me think of all the 60+ year old men “dating” 20 year olds.
Makes me think of that 65 year old who was talking to 21 year old me.
How do these men do that? How do they look at a literal child and go “wow she’s mature” when i was looking at this 18 year old and thinking of how much younger he is than my younger brother.
“She’s a fully grown adult.” And you’re excusing yourself to feel less guilty.
D5, but you know what the real problem is? giving anyone a “public figure” status. Because in no world should Bubacar Keita carry this much relevance if we were a serious country
A person is convicted of abusing a minor… and people show up to celebrate them? That’s not just disturbing it’s disgraceful. Everyone who attended or supports it is shameless.
All this blabbing because women are against rape and calling out a convicted person!!!!!!! YES, we are frustrated and we will continue to show our frustration
What do you even mean by more supportive and beneficial to young girls?????
You are a loud, stupid, uncouth boy!
I gave up on this country when people(most especially) women were running & screaming in these streets for the release of an alleged rapist. He became a celeb and girls’ favorite. I'm not surprised they're celebrating the freedom of another rapist & pedo who was caught in the act
Im getting told I’m too much but my only goal in life is to retire early w a passive income, build my own house with a bar and a pet goat??? Is that tew much to ask
The silence is global. Not just Africa, even the wider Muslim world has turned away. Sudan deserves the same solidarity and outrage shown for Palestine, but it’s Sudanese people saving each other while the world chooses not to care
as African people, we are failing Sudan in a big way. like we really need to lock in and speak up the way we've done for Palestine. it's not one or the other, but it absolutely HAS to be both. and urgently.
