Thrower Balance Changes (September 2026)

Some balance changes are coming affecting the Thrower in a future game maintenance, early next week.

The reasoning from the Clash of Clans Team is as follows:

"We're making a targeted balance adjustment to the Thrower. Over the last few weeks, armies using Throwers appeared in roughly one-third of attacks in both Ranked and regular Clan Wars. Their 3-star rates were around 50% in Ranked and 64% in wars, compared with overall rates of 41% and 56%.

We want Thrower armies to remain a strong choice, but there's room to bring their power down a little and give other strategies more space."

Open your eyes, the main problem is not Trower but new Duke equipment "Revenge Deck"..
Everyone easly to make funneling with this idiot equipment with unlimited revenge damage.
Everything is fine before this equipment come to ingame.
Air troops also broken with this equipment.

Alright time to Nerf the Revive spell...
How? Make it 3 housing space

Also Dragon Riders & Dragons got nerfed twice
Root rider and Meteor Golem got nerfed 3 times

But yet not a single nerf to throwers makes me wonder why
