someone who spent years building onchain things quietly

marketing, traffic, product & communities

scaling projects on platforms like Telegram from 0

managing large teams, watching numbers GROW fast & BREAK fast

and thinking this was normal

except it sure wasn’t…

over the last few years, i worked across marketing, product & community - mostly in the Telegram eco

i helped scale projects from 50,000 users to millions

built & grew communities into the millions

worked on products with millions of MAU

along the way, i led marketing for one of the largest DAO builders in the space

managed teams of over a hundred people

ran systems that couldn’t afford to stop

at the same time, i was deep in traffic

arbitrage, performance campaigns, high-risk verticals like gambling & betting

some campaigns hit triple-digit ROI

others burned money just as fast

you learn very quickly what CONTROL actually means

then there was the memecoin

i got in early - with almost nothing - when nobody cared

it turned into tens of millions in mCap

one of the biggest communities in its region

i was staring at 6 figures at least

but as the meme goes: the only thing i took was a SCREENSHOT

not cuz i didn’t understand - but because greed feels logical in the heat of it

that was the moment EVERYTHING clicked

most people here think they’re building - they’re not

they’re gambling - just with cleaner vocab

charts make you feel smart, narratives make you feel early & xp makes you feel safe

none of it compounds

perps, memes, PMs - they don’t care how smart you are

they care if you’re lucky

If you’re not building something real - product, distribution, community - you’re not compounding

you’re just betting again
