and real estate. California State's Department of Real Estate has no enforcement authority over those practicing real estate "without" a license. They have jurisdiction over licensees (their words not mine).

I thought these two lawyers for ICE that lost ICE vs Gonzalez were dumber than any PI attorney I ever met. One showed me his ICE HSI badge for being imbedded I suppose, during being deposed. He didn't being the check for my time, customary in CA depositions. ACLU was paying me $250/hour. So a bit of change. I thought, should I be impressed by his badge, I actually did the job, and would not have called him for coffee.

How did these violent criminals get citizenship, subsequent to crimes,to begin with? And, over eight thousand of these were ready for Denatz proceedings in 1998. What's 25 since Trump was re-elected? Why are these civil and not criminal cases? I signed 12 affidavits in one day for DeNatz cases. These press releases are obnoxious, they rarely trumpet any real progress. 25? It's twenty-five, and I am not impressed.

How do you know she's an attorney? Because she said so? How do you know she's licensed? How do you know she's authorized to represent the alien? Smart immigration attorneys know the alien is going to get served a Notice-to-Appear, Warrant, and Custody Determination. Law school doesn't show you the way to court, and they certainly don't teach using the "F" word to law enforcement.
ICE could be doing the alien a favor if they have a bonafide asylum application by putting them into proceedings effectively cutting to the head of the line.
