What surprises me the most is that Tomlin never stopped this or took over the playcalling himself.
There have to be changes. Both coordinators need to go—maybe even Tomlin. And then please bring in some young coaches who can call modern football plays.

#Steelers I’m still shocked by how bad our OC and DC are. The game plan and playcalling were more or less the same in 18 games, and adjustments to attack opponents’ weak spots never happened.
The offensive playbook never felt like it was built around the players; instead,

they were forced into a style they simply couldn’t play.
The DC’s go-to move when nothing was working was to blitz with Cover 0 and then act surprised when we got torn apart by crossing routes at every level.

How can you be so bad in playing Defens with such a roster… most of the time one WR/TE is open as soon the ball is snaped, DL is also not showing up on gamedays, and O gameplay to score field goals and win with it only works when the D shows up 😡

@adrianbb89 Ich verstehe das ganze irgendwie nicht… Mit DK und Pickens als WR kann man irgendwie kompensieren dass man keinen Elite QB hat, den jetzt so günstig weg zu geben ohne wirklich guten restlichen WR-Room ist mir rätselhaft ausser er ist noch viel mehr Lockerroom Cancer als gedacht

@JayPietsmiet Die Bengals sind meilenweit weg von einem Super Bowl… Wenn du das NFL-Buissnes verstehen würdest, könntest du sehen dass ein Trade durchaus Sinn macht. Der ist 31, jetzt kann man da noch Picks hollen für die Zukunft anstatt Millionen ausgeben und dann weiter Baustellen haben…
