It is not the same machine. How old is the machine? My wife had an MRI on her brain at the local hospital and not even a week later at Mayo clinic. Same MRI procedure, different machine. The first machine missed 30 tumors in her head. I bet the American public has no idea that you should be asking how old the machine that is scanning you is.......had we not gone to Mayo, my wife would have died within 3 months versus the 30 months she lived. Let's quit only talking about price and start talking about the failures in the overall healthcare industry.
