advice for others working w/ ADHD:

- stay caffeinated & hydrated
- noise cancelling headphones
- music = consistent 1-2 hr live sets
- only 1 tab open at a time
- use a designated work space
- zero real world interruptions
- batch work in 2-3 hour chunks
- batch work by types of work
- batch emails at set times
- batch meetings together if possible
- 100% work followed by 100% break
- use momentum to get started
^few easy tasks followed by tough work
- phone/laptop on DND basically 24/7
- remove all daily inbound distractions
- working out in the AM seems to help
- force yourself to sleep your daily allotted amount
^easy for us to spend all night on screens
^ place phone under bed or in different room
^ use blackout shades & no TV in room
^ automated lights to force early wakeup
^ keep a consistent bedtime & start of day

TLDR:
- exhaust the mind & body
- batch as much as possible
- remove all inbound distractions
- use momentum & continuity
- schedules & routines are gold
