On #IWD2026 women can’t be equal if they’re not safe. My sister Anne-Marie Culleton was stalked, raped and killed – yet despite 9 parole breaches the killer can seek release. Introduce Restricted Prisoner Laws https://t.co/zUrysgfBro #WomensSafety#Femicide#Auspol
I’d also like to add that @one_nationSA is the only party to commit to Restricted Prisoner Laws to keep the worst murderers behind bars - to protect women and children.
They would apply to:
• Murderers who sexually assaulted their victims
• Murderers who stalked their victims, including breaching protection orders
• Murderers who committed sadistic acts
• Murderers of children
• Serial killers
• Killers of police officers
As a femicide victim advocate and sister of Anne-Marie Culleton, whose killer rapist is being released on parole once again after 9 breaches, including for stalking women – I repeatedly called on Premier Malinauskas to introduce laws to keep killers like him behind bars – and was stonewalled.
I was informed the government didn’t “have the appetite”. They are a disgrace.
Thankfully One Nation SA have promised to implement my Restricted Prisoner Laws once elected.
I contacted them too late to add it to their official policies, but they are on the public record supporting it – see the 7 News Adelaide story 13 March (link on my page) and also @corybernardi tweet and One Nation SA Facebook page. Thank you.

Nine parole breaches – including for stalking women. Yet the man who stalked, raped and murdered my sister Anne-Marie is being released again by the SA Parole Board.
It’s disgraceful. The SA parole system is dangerously broken.
I am continuing my fight for Restricted Prisoner Laws to keep the most dangerous killers, like my sister's killer Jonathan Bakewell, behind bars.
The laws would apply to:
• Murderers who sexually assaulted their victims
• Murderers who stalked their victims including breaching protection orders
• Murderers who committed sadistic acts
• Murderers of children
• Serial killers
• Killers of police officers
These offenders have already proven the danger they pose.
Women and the community deserve to be safe.
My pleas to the @PMalinauskasMP Labor government to introduce these laws fell on deaf ears.
Thank you @one_nationSA@corybernardi, Rebecca Hewett @1nation1peopl for your leadership and backbone in supporting this critical reform and committing to working with me to develop the legislation once elected.

We’ve had enough. Words have meaning, Grace Tame. Calling testimonies of sexual violence perpetrated against Israeli women and men “propaganda” that has been “debunked” is an appalling dismissal of victims and their experiences. Coming from someone who has built her public platform advocating for survivors of sexual violence, it is especially disturbing.
You want “broader context”?
Try to understand the broader context of these nine testimonies from Israeli civilians who were kidnapped from their homes or from the Nova music festival on 7 October and held in Hamas captivity for between 51 and 738 days. They include young women, among them a 15-year-old girl who was kidnapped alongside her 8-year-old sister and held alone for 51 days.
That’s the context.
Anne-Marie’s killer Jonathan Bakewell breached parole 9 times, yet the SA Parole Board has taken the decision to release him; her sister Eileen’s calls for laws to keep criminals like this behind bars have fallen on deaf ears with the SA Labor Government. One Nation SA will ensure the law is changed.
On @FiveAA David&Will I shared shocking details of my sister’s killer rapist stalking women in the community since his parole release. And outrage #SA Parole Board is releasing him again after 9 parole breaches including stalking https://t.co/2VyHqUzrXp #ParoleReform#Femicide

Stop the most heinous murders of women. On Human Rights Day call for the strongest sentencing to keep rapist murderers like my sister Anne-Marie's murderer behind bars for life. Please sign and share my petition on https://t.co/FQ0qcGSF0y #16Days#femicide https://t.co/ekrCGozBjy
