Fr537 to Dublin from East Midlands is partially boarded - but boarding has stopped as weather has disimproved; remaining passengers just standing in a stationary queue. Operations just this sec suspended for 20 minutes

East Midlands airport has 3 planes waiting to board - they anxious to get fr1638 to Berlin away as that airport closes in 40 mins. Dublin fr537 passengers in queue ; thunderstorm continues

Unbelievable rain and lightning at East Midlands airport. Meant to fly at 6.30 to Dublin. Electricity went for 20-30 seconds. Meant then to be leaving at 7.55 but latest is operations are suspended for 20 mins.
